Whitney Cressman, LLC is a privately owned investment company formed for the purpose of joining San Francisco Cruise Terminal, LLC. Its principals manage and operate GVA Whitney Cressman and Whitney Cressman International.
As a member of the SFCT team, Whitney Cressman brings significant local retail and office leasing knowledge and expertise to the project.
Since its formation in 1974, Whitney Cressman Limited has provided a full range of services to commercial real estate owners, developers, investors and tenants, including investment sales and acquisitions, office leasing and tenant representation, property and asset management, and market research and consulting services.
