San Francisco Cruise Terminal, LLC (SFCT) is uniquely qualified to take on this ambitious project. The venture is a partnership of four world-class businesses, which together, have an international track record for waterfront development, exhibition organizing and venue management plus cruise and ferry terminal development, management and marketing. SFCT was formed solely to develop and operate The Bryant Street Pier at Piers 30-32 and Seawall Lot 330 at the foot of Bryant Street in San Francisco.

SFCT is owned by Lend Lease Capital and Real Estate Services, a subsidiary of the international property and funds management group Lend Lease Corp.; Chinese Maritime Transport Ltd., an international shipping company; Whitney Cressman LLC, a San Francisco real estate advisory and brokerage firm; and HF (USA) Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of The HarbourFront Pte. Ltd. Eighty percent of the HarbourFront is owned by Mapletree Investments Pte. Ltd. and 20 percent by PSA Corp. Limited.
