HF (USA) Inc. is a wholly owned subsidiary of The HarbourFront Pte. Ltd. Eighty percent of HarbourFront is owned by Mapletree Investments Pte. Ltd. and 20 percent by PSA Corp. Limited.

Mapletree Investments and PSA Corp. are wholly owned subsidiaries of Temasek Holdings, the investment holding arm of the Singapore Government.

Mapletree is currently involved in several large-scale projects. It recently advised the Urban Redevelopment Authority of Singapore (URA) on a master plan for the New Downtown at Marina Bay and helped develop and market a business and financial center in the area. Mapletree is also planning, developing and managing several mixed-use development clusters in Singapore . One of these is a world-class development project in Singapore 's top tourist area of Sentosa, Mount Faber and the Cruise Center just outside the central business district.
