Lend Lease Capital and Real Estate Services ("Lend Lease C+RES") is a wholly owned subsidiary of Lend Lease Corp. ("Lend Lease"), a company listed on the Australian Stock Exchange.

Lend Lease offers property-related services to clients involved in the creation, improvement and management of real estate assets. This includes expertise in development and capital raising, program management, project and construction management, design and engineering, as well as facilities and funds/asset management.

Real estate services are provided by Bovis Lend Lease, a leading worldwide construction and project manager, and Lend Lease's Integrated Development Business. These businesses are regionally based and focused on selected sectors including retail, public- private partnerships in health care and urban renewal. The Integrated Development Business also incorporates Actus Lend Lease, a developer and manager of U.S. military housing, and Delfin Lend Lease, one of Australia 's largest residential/urban community developers. Lend Lease C+RES is part of the Integrated Development Business and has offices in San Francisco and New York City .
