New LGBT talk/magazine show OUT Spoken launches in San Francisco.
San Francisco , CA October 14, 2004 A new monthly magazine/talk show geared towards the LGBT Community will premiere on November 23, 2004 at 8:30 p.m. on Comcast cable systems in San Francisco on digital channel 11. The show features the live sounds of digital DJ Ean Golden, segments hosted Janine Shiota, and blog-star Bradford Shellhammer and is hosted by Tim Gaskin.
OUT Spoken will feature a studio format talk show, as well as outside produced segments. Each episode features live music, segments on LGBT organizations, studio interviews with social groups/organizations (such as the city's women's bowling league and Tsunami water polo team), the Castro calendar as well as "what's hot" segments from "A Different Light Book Store" spokesperson.
OUT Spoken will also include 3-5 minute short segment, which features the work of local LGBT community filmmakers along with a post-viewing discussion with a matching community leader/guest.
