The proposed legislation will require ALL San Francisco employers with 20
or more employees including part-time and seasonal workers (80 hours or
more a month) to pay a mandatory fee to provide health coverage to their
employees. Businesses that are already providing healthcare for their
employees still must pay the minimum of $345 per month.
